Walk for Mental Health

Walk for Mental Health that is being held on May 11th from 11am – 1pm at the Walkway Over the Hudson in Poughkeepsie.
Mental Health America of Dutchess County and the National Alliance on Mental Illness Mid-Hudson are once again teaming up for a Walk for Mental Health. This year, we return to the Walkway Over the Hudson, the premier location in Dutchess and Ulster Counties to promote mental wellness. Walkers will meet at the Center Overlook, by the flagpole, collectively at noon and come together with local dignitaries in solidarity for mental health awareness.
Please register for this year’s Walk for Mental Health to support MHA and NAMI in their quest to continue to deliver programs that provide support and hope for the families and individuals affected by mental health conditions.
