Free and open to the public
Safe Harbors is pleased to present Black Sheep and Scapegoats, a poignant and empowering dance theater production from Emotions Physical Theatre. Choreographed by EPT Artistic Director Shawn Rawls, Black Sheep and Scapegoats delves into the transformative power of Black self-love in a world that often attempts to define and diminish it. Through evocative movement and storytelling, Rawls explores the phases of this deeply personal and collective journey, asking questions that resonate universally: How do I see myself? What do I feel I deserve? What will I no longer tolerate? Join us for a moving exploration of what it means to live fully, unapologetically, and free.
