Chunky Blanket & Coffee Fundraiser

The 1st Reformed Church of Walden 70 Scofield Street in Walden is having a Chunky Blanket & Coffee fundraiser on Sunday April 14th from 1-3PM to help support the launch of our new Faith & Family program.
The Chunky Blanket & Coffee is a project event where each participant will be supplied with 2 skeins of Chunky Yarn and receive in-person instruction from Alma of Mamba’s Creations in Washingtonville to finger-knit a Chunky Blanket. You may have seen these Chunky Blankets in wineries where they are popular and usually quite expensive. Cost is $40 per person including in-person instructor and two skeins of Chucky Yarn. $10 of the cost will go towards our fundraising goal.
