Young and old, men and women ran the 4 mile course through Middletown Saturday Morning
It was a family affair and there were hundreds of happy faces
The runners were taken care of and hydrated by both the Volunteers and Middletown’s finest
And rooted on at the finish line by Dave and Anna from Something Sweet
First across the finish line first was pretty
After the race we enjoyed live music and the Taste of the Towns provided food, while the YMCA had plenty of things for the kids and other groups had tables too!
The Run 4 downtown gets better every year can’t wait till 2017
Got to see and learn quite a bit about Native American culture in our area.
The song and dance , arts and crafts and stories of old were amazing !
Vietnam Vet and Post Member Ron makes some incredible things from wood and bone.

It’s always good to have Dr.Frank stop by ,we cover the many subjects
