Restoring Resilient Tropical Forests

at Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies

Join tropical forest ecologist Sarah Batterman for a virtual Cary Science Conversation with Cary President Josh Ginsberg. Take a virtual trip to Panama and discover why healthy tropical forests are our climate allies, how tree species diversity regulates forest regrowth following disturbance, and science-based recipes for reforestation success.

Registration is required. This event will take place via Zoom. There will be ample time for audience Q&A.
