Friendly Visitor training

Give a neighbor a LIFT this FALL with the Friendly Visitor Program
Transportation and grocery shopping is needed now for our older neighbors.
Attend a Volunteer Zoom Training and complete an application! It is that easy.
90-minute Training sessions:
Tuesday September 14th at 6:00 pm
or
Thursday September 23rd at 10:00 am
Other training dates available. Reservations are required. Background checks and Insurance while volunteering is provided.

Volunteer with the Friendly Visitor Program. This 90-minute Zoom training will prepare you to provide support to older adults in your own community. Volunteers provide local transportation to essential appointments, grocery shopping and phone check in calls/friendly visits-Covid 19 social distancing observed.
Our Doors are opened to the entire community. JFS of Orange County partners with the Office for the Aging to support older neighbors throughout Orange County.
